FP2 Full Results | Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix: Mclaren dominate and Ferrari brake issues

After a difficult first free practice for Verstappen, changes were needed for the Red Bull Racing team. As one of the first, he went out on the medium tire. He was three tenths off Norris. George Russell was the first of the top teams to go out on the new C6 tire. This is Pirelli's latest, softest tire. The McLarens once again showed their blistering pace. They placed their cars in P1 and P2 after the first run on the softs, almost three tenths ahead of P3.

Ferrari suffered from brake problems and could not do better than P6 for Leclerc, with Hamilton coming in at P11. Isack Hadjar lost his car in Tamburello, resulting in a red flag. Pierre Gasly also performed well, securing P3.
