FIA present appoint new chief officer in communications!

A new Chief Communications Officer is set to join the FIA. On 20 January, Jonathan Refoy will become the federation's apointee. He will will be responsible for media relations, as well as Presidential, Sports, Mobility, FIA member, internal and digital communications, the federation's report writes.
Refoy has 20 years of experience in the field, having previously worked Interserve Group as a Group Corporate Affairs Director. Beforehand, he also worked for the company CH2M, who were the partner of the London Olympics hosted in 2012.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem reacts to the latest addition

Mohammed Ben Sulayem is excited about Refoy joining. "Communications is at the heart of all we do at the FIA. I am delighted that someone of Jonathan’s calibre is joining the organisation to oversee our multi-channel communications activity," the FIA president said.
Jonathan Refoy himself is also looking forward to the next chapter. "I am looking forward to joining the FIA, working with the President and colleagues to increase awareness of the critical role the FIA plays globally in grassroots and professional sport and mobility advocacy, while contributing to its ongoing organisational and commercial transformation."
