The FIA announces on the official website major changes. The new president Mohammed Ben Sulayem hopes with the changes to future-proof the organization.
This week, the FIA had an important meeting on the agenda, which included a discussion of the years to come. Two major changes emerged that should take shape as early as this year. One is that the FIA wants to appoint an FIA Commissions Presidents and it wants to launch a robust governance process.
The FIA Commissions Presidents must consist of a group of people who must ensure greater diversity within the organization. In this way it wants to respond to the criticisms surrounding the issue of diversity. In addition, it wants to appoint a CEO who must ensure that the organization continues to function properly in the coming years.

Hamilton expressed a lot of criticism of the FIA

Lewis Hamilton was not particularly pleased with the organization at the end of last year.
