As per usual, the team principals voted for their top 10 drivers of the
Formula 1 season.
Verstappen was named the best driver of the season after the Dutchman finished ahead of world champion Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri in the rankings.
Notably,
Hamilton was missing from the top 10. The British driver had a difficult year with
Ferrari, and failed to earn a Grand Prix podium finish for the first time in his career.

According to flight information from Verstappen's private jet, the four-time world champion flew to Brazil.
The Dutchman's partner, Kelly Piquet, already posted an Instagram story from a beach.
Previously, on the Talking Bull podcast, Verstappen addressed his plans for the off-season.
He said: "So, first Christmas together, then on holiday with some good friends as well. I'm really looking forward to that, first of all. I really need it."
