Schumacher trusts Hamilton making retirement call

Lewis Hamilton had a difficult Hungarian Grand Prix, where the British driver crossed the finish line in 12th place, after qualifying in the same position a day before.
From his experience, former driver Ralf Schumacher commented that he expects Hamilton to 'hand the car in early', he said on Sky Sports Germany. "I've personally experienced the same thing. That was in the DTM, where I said: 'Okay, there's no point in this anymore,'" the German commented.

Pirelli tyre test at the Hungaroring

Two days after the conclusion of the Hungarian Grand Prix, on-track action continues at the Hungaroring. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Pirelli will conduct tyre test in development for 2026.
Among others, Lando Norris for McLaren and Charles Leclerc for Ferrari will participate, while Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing will be absent. Read the complete list here!
