F1 team opens door for MotoGP outfit's visit at the British Grand Prix

The Formula 1 summer break is now in full swing. During this mandatory shutdown period, teams cannot work on their cars and can only carry out some factory improvements and maintenance over the two-week break.

Meanwhile, the MotoGP season resumes this weekend at Silverstone following its summer break. As a result, Pramac Racing riders Toprak Razgatlioglu and Jack Miller visited Alpine's Enstone factory. Alpine began its partnership with Pramac ahead of the 2025 season.

Fabio Briatore said: "We took the unique opportunity to host Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team at Enstone on Thursday as they race in Silverstone this weekend. After all, Formula One and MotoGP have a likeness and now the same owner in Liberty Media so it's a great moment to show one another our worlds. I am a great friend of Paolo [Campinoti], team owner of Pramac, and I wish him, his team and his riders the very best at Silverstone this weekend."

Campinoti added: "Firstly, many thanks to Flavio and BWT Alpine Formula One Team for the opportunity to visit Enstone. I have heard many stories of this great site and we are all well aware of the success it has had in Formula One with some of the sport's most famous names and drivers.

MotoGP qualifying is currently underway at the British circuit, with Miller already securing his place in Q2 during Friday's timed practice. The Sprint will take place later at 16:00 local time, while the Grand Prix will follow on Sunday afternoon.
