F1 Qualifying duels with one Grand Prix remaining: McLaren battle still undecided

The 2019 F1 season has just one qualifying session left. All but one of the teammate battles had been decided in advance of the Brazilian Grand Prix, but Lando Norris' finish ahead of Carlos Sainz in Interlagos means the McLaren battle runs all the way through to Abu Dhabi.
The teammate qualifying duels are a good way to measure a drivers performance because they're going head-to-head with an equal car. However, it's not the be-all and end-all. For example, Lewis Hamilton leads Valtteri Bottas but the Finnish driver has recorded one more pole position this season.
George Russell qualified ahead of Robert Kubica again meaning last year's Formula 2 champion still has his 100% record of qualifying ahead of Kubica in 2019.
