Russell untouchable in Singapore

George Russell turned his Saturday pole into a commanding race win, staying comfortably in control from start to finish. Max Verstappen secured second place, picking up crucial points on the two McLarens, while Lando Norris — after several laps of pressure — ultimately had to settle for third.
Oscar Piastri finished fourth, showing clear frustration after an aggressive Turn 1 move from his teammate caused light contact between the pair. Kimi Antonelli completed the top five.

Verstappen closes the gap to the two McLarens.

Although the victory didn’t come as hoped, the four-time world champion still has reason to smile, given that Singapore was expected to be one of the least favourable tracks for Red Bull compared to McLaren. With his second-place finish, Verstappen gained three points on Norris and six on Piastri.
