Charles Leclerc has concluded that there is still a lot of work to be done for him after the sprint race for the Chinese Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver saw teammate Lewis Hamilton start from pole position, and lead all the way to the chequeared flag, while the Monegasque himself came no further than fifth place.
"The potential is there, clearly, because Lewis is using it, I am not. So, I've got some work to do. Historically I've always been struggling like crazy here. But that's not an excuse. But we've got this afternoon to try and turn the situation around still and tomorrow is the main race.," Leclerc explained to the Sky Sports.

Differences between Leclerc and Hamilton

Still, there were differences in Ferrari's set-up on both sides od the garage, as the Monegasque explained.
"I hope we can find something. I went in a slightly different Configuration compared to Lewis, but I don't think there's much in that, [so I] will try and go towards his direction and I'll try to improve driving for this afternoon," Leclerc concluded.
