Not the way Bearman wanted this weekend to begin: The Briton crashes

Ahead of his FP1 session with Haas F1, Oliver Bearman's weekend did not start according to plan. In Tamburello, the British driver lost his F2 car, and finished his only practice session in that competition in the barrier.

In the only free practice session of the F2, Bearman caused a red flag. The British driver lost control over his car exiting the corner combination, and as a result, was headed for the barrier. It was a driving error by Bearman with eight minutes to go.

Bearman will later sit in a Haas F1 car today, driving in his fourth Formula One free practice session of his career. In his debut race at Jeddah, the youngster finished 7th after he had to replace Carlos Sainz that weekend.
