Alonso not worried about Toro Rosso

Pierre Gasly finished a magnificent fourth in Bahrain much to the dismay of McLaren Renault.

Fernando Alonso has dismissed the strong performance of Toro Rosso Honda in Bahrain. Pierre Gasly's fourth place tied the teams best finish since the beginning of the hybrid era in 2014.

The Spaniard isn't worried about a possible leap in performance from Toro Rosso and speaking to the BBC, he was quick to remind reporters that despite the praise post-Bahrain, the result could be a one-off.

McLaren teammate Stoffel Vandoorne acknowledged the strong performance from their rivals but maintained a positive mindset.
