The newly-named Alfa Romeo Racing will double the amount of money than Sauber F1 team ever did, according to some reports.
BudgetBookGP reports that Alfa Romeo will earn €100m in sponsorship to help the Formula 1 side.
With this sum of money, this could mean that Alfa Romeo Racing will make €250m per season - which will undoubtedly make a huge difference to the way the team performs.
Sauber have improved massively after last season's eighth-placed finish, becoming a consistent and formidable force in the midfield.
But despite the name change for the Swiss side, the hierarcy at Sauber remains the same, with team boss Frederic Vasseur remaining in charge of the team and he said: "In my eyes, the real races are in the second part of the field. We think we can lead that group."

With the financial gain that Alfa Romeo will receive through its new sponsorship, will the Swiss team be able to claim Renault's place eventually as "the best of the rest"?
Antonio Giovinazzi has switched from a Ferrari reserve driver to the team for 2019 - alongside veteran Kimi Raikkonen after he was replaced by the younger Charles Leclerc at Scuderia.
