George Russell has admitted that he doesn't regret his first year at Williams. The Brit is yet to score a point this season, while Williams have only collected one themselves through Robert Kubica. Russell has had the upper hand on his teammate in qualifying sessions, leading that race a remarkable 17-0.
"I didn't know one hundred per cent what I could expect from the season," Russell said.
"In any case, I am very happy with how it went. I would not have done anything else, because I learned a lot and precisely at the moments that I had a hard time."
The 21-year-old is in his first season in the sport after making his F1 debut at the season opener in Australia.
"The car has really improved this season and I believe we can participate again later. It will still be in the back, but hopefully, it will go better than this year."
