During the weekend off for the drivers ahead of the
Hungarian Grand Prix, everyone chose a different way to spend their time. For
Lando Norris, his choice was to go to Berlin to see the Euro 2024 final between England and Spain. Unfortunately for Norris, a win did not materialise - much to the liking of
Carlos Sainz.
Already at the
Hungarian Grand Prix,
Lando Norris' former teammate,
Carlos Sainz was quick to point out that Spain were able to defeat England at the Euro 2024 final.
Because Sainz was not present at the game unlike Lando Norris and also
George Russell, he left a message to his former teammate at
McLaren. The current
Ferrari driver wrote on Norris' parking board at the event: "2-1 - Viva España."
