Lando Norris now holds a 'negative' record in Formula 1. His third place in the Australian Grand Prix marked his fourteenth podium finish at the highest level, but none of those podium finishes are on the top step.
Until today, Norris still shared the record of most podium finishes without a win with Nick Heidfeld (13 of them), but as the Briton crossed the finish line at Melbourne Park, the unwanted record is now entirely in his own hands.
Norris has grabbed all his podium finishes with McLaren. After all, he made his debut at McLaren in 2019. Third place in Australia was his first podium finish this year.
