Brazilian Grand Prix weather forecast | Conditions change again

The fact that the weather can change quickly in Sao Paulo was clearly visible during qualifying on Friday for Sunday's Brazilian Grand Prix. Suddenly, it was very dark at Interlagos, and just after qualifying, it was pouring down from the sky. Such conditions are not expected for Sunday's Grand Prix, as the sun will shine brightly.

No rain during GP Brazil

In the morning, it is still somewhat cloudy in Sao Paulo, and the chance of rain is low but not zero. According to Weather.com, there is a 5% chance of showers during the morning hours. During the day, that chance will further decrease to 0%, and that will also be the case during the race, which starts at 2:00 PM local time. Only in the evening does the chance of showers increase again.

Regarding temperature, Sunday will be the coldest day of the weekend. Despite the fact that the sun has little to no cloud cover from 1:00 PM local time, it will not get warmer than 22 degrees Celsius. However, there will be a strong wind, just like on the other days. During the race, a wind speed of approximately 20km per hour is expected. A strong wind often makes things difficult for the drivers because the car becomes more unpredictable. George Russell insisted the lower temperatures will help Mercedes.
