Sitting down with Will Buxton on the Formula One's stream after qualifying, Daniil Kvyat revealed that he has some "unfinished business" in Formula One as he will be making his comeback in the sport next season.

It wasn't very surprising when Kvyat got announced at Toro Rosso, as reports everywhere already knew that the Russian 24-year-old was going to sign on as Pierre Gasly's replacement.

He'll be driving his third stint at Toro Rosso in 2019, after initially coming into F1 there, and coming back there after being promoted and demoted from Red Bull. He was then let go from Toro Rosso and the Red Bull family at the end of 2017. He decided to drive simulators for Ferrari, something from which he's learned a lot.

"They were quite interesting," Kvyat told Buxton when asked how his last months have been.

"It was great working with Ferrari, they're such a legendary team and I'm very thankful to them.

"I made a few new friends there as well, so its good year."

When asked how he feels coming back into F1 after his year-long hiatus, Kvyat was considerate in his answer.

"I feel different.

"[In F1] you just need to trust your instincts and trust yourself.

"What I love to do is to drive an F1 car and I have some unfinished business here."
