The Dutch Grand Prix was once again a win for Max Verstappen. The Dutchman dominated the race weekend in Zandvoort and that is reflected in his grade from GPblog. See also the rest of the given figures here.

Verstappen: 10

Max Verstappen didn't take a step wrong during a weekend that became quite tricky after retirement in FP1. Verstappen is unbeatable at the moment though and an attack from Mercedes is not something that will faze the reigning world champion.

Russell: 8

George Russell had a solid weekend but was constantly behind Hamilton. The young Brit turned the tide, however, by overruling his team at the final safety car and demanding soft tyres. This worked out well for Russell.

Leclerc: 9

Charles Leclerc had some bad luck with the first VSC, but otherwise drove a solid weekend. Still, one wonders if there wouldn't have been more to come on Saturday if both Ferrari's were so close to Verstappen.

Hamilton: 8

Lewis Hamilton drove a strong weekend until the final safety car. Of course, he was wronged by his team, but he obviously didn't feel the need for soft tyres either. His team radio when things went wrong was also amateurish for a seven-time world champion.

Perez: 5

Sergio Perez simply fell short at Zandvoort. The Mexican seems to be struggling more and more with the RB18, while Verstappen is becoming more and more at one with the car. Will one have something to do with the other?

Alonso: 9

An excellent weekend from Fernando Alonso, who ensured good points were taken to France. Especially the Spaniard's racecraft stood out again in Zandvoort.

Norris: 9

Lando Norris drove in contrast to his teammate a strong weekend. The Briton scored points again for McLaren and keeps the hope of a fourth place in the Constructors' standings alive.

Sainz: 6

Carlos Sainz was not helped by his team in the Netherlands, but the Spaniard also had a poor race. He lacked race pace compared to Leclerc and Verstappen and was easily passed by the Mercedes later in the race.

Ocon: 7

Esteban Ocon, as Alpine's future leader, had to watch Alonso steal the show again on Sunday. The Frenchman was slightly faster in qualifying, but that advantage quickly disappeared in the race.

Stroll: 8

Lance Stroll scored another point for Aston Martin, continuing the team's good form. The race was a good follow-up to a top ten finish in qualifying.

Gasly: 7

Pierre Gasly came close to scoring points, but Stroll proved just a little too fast for the Frenchman. Gasly will have to watch out on Saturday as Tsunoda is starting to beat him there.

Albon: 8

Alexander Albon is proving to be a worthy Williams front-runner, squeezing everything out of his car on Saturday and his strategy on Sunday. It wasn't enough for points this time, but P12 is still a good result.

Schumacher: 7

Mick Schumacher showed his good side in Zandvoort, but it didn't earn the German any points. His qualifying in the top ten was a great achievement though.

Vettel: 4

Sebastian Vettel had a bad weekend on behalf of Aston Martin. Not only did he miss the pace of his team mate, he also made a confused impression on the track. He was penalised for ignoring the blue flag with Perez and Hamilton breathing down his neck.

Magnussen: 5

An invisible race from Kevin Magnussen who didn't come close to Schumacher this weekend. It doesn't hurt though, as Haas' car wasn't good enough for points this weekend either.

Zhou: 7

Guanyu Zhou drove a decent weekend for Alfa Romeo, but the car is simply not suited to this circuit.

Ricciardo: 4

If there were any doubts at McLaren as to whether they have made the right choice, they were dispelled on Saturday and Sunday by Daniel Ricciardo. The Australian fell well short of his teammate and doesn't show that he deserves another F1 seat.

Latifi: 4

Nicholas Latifi was the only driver not to finish on the same lap as the leader on Sunday and on Saturday he was also almost two seconds slower than Albon. It's time for his farewell.

Bottas: 6

It was not the weekend of Valtteri Bottas and Alfa Romeo. Yet another engine problem put an early end to the misery.

Tsunoda: 6

Yuki Tsunoda was lightning fast on Saturday, but the Japanese driver's stop-start stint on Sunday also earned him his fifth reprimand of the season. It will probably earn him a grid penalty in Italy.
