Marc Marquez was spotted training at Motorland Aragon alongside fellow MotoGP stars Jorge Lorenzo and Pedro Acosta, but the photos also showed the extent of damages the reigning world champion continues to carry.
The early season break caused by the postponement of the Qatar Grand Prix has given riders a unique opportunity to refocus ahead of the European rounds which start in Jerez just two weeks from now.
While some have been relaxing and recuperating after a difficult opening few rounds, others are still returning to full fitness with reigning world champion Marc Marquez being the most notable among them.
Marquez joined several MotoGP riders, both young and old, for a training day in Motorland Aragon. Marquez was joined by his brother Alex, as well as fellow MotoGP riders Pedro Acosta and Diogo Moreira. Moto2 riders Ivan Ortola, Adrian Huertas and Alex Escrig were also in attendance.

One surprise appearance came from MotoGP legend and 3x World Champion Jorge Lorenzo. While Lorenzo did not take to the track himself, he attended in order to manage one of his young talents, Victor Cubeles.
However, it wasn't all fun and games at the popular circuit, which is set to be removed from the MotoGP calendar soon much like Phillip Island, despite backlash from many fans, riders and teams.
Some fans noticed that Marc Marquez will still bandaged after his brutal 100mph slide through the gravel in COTA, the effects of which were still evidently beign worn by Marquez.

'Marquez is simply a different level to the others,' says MotoGP legend Doohan
