Let’s take a look at a roundup of the longest-standing couples on today’s Formula 1 grid. On Sunday,
Charles Leclerc and Alexandra Saint Mieux officially announced their engagement via their social media profiles, confirming that the couple will soon be tying the knot.
Just a few days earlier,
Kelly Piquet celebrated five years of her relationship with Max Verstappen, alongside the six-month milestone since the birth of their first daughter together, Lily.
These two couples, while hugely popular in the paddock, aren’t the only ones — over the years, many other drivers and their partners have become iconic figures in Formula 1. But who are they?
Oscar Piastri & Lily Zneimer
Topping this special ranking is McLaren driver Oscar Piastri and
Lily Zneimer. The two have known each other since their school days and have maintained a long-term relationship ever since, with Lily supporting every stage of Piastri’s career — from his victories in the junior formulas up to this year, with Oscar now fully in the hunt for what could be his first Formula 1 World Championship.

They are currently the only married couple in the paddock following Kevin Magnussen’s retirement.

Another of the most beloved couples in the paddock is
Mercedes driver and Carmen Montero Mundt. The two began dating in 2020 and celebrated their five-year anniversary at the start of 2025.
They are among the longest-standing couples in the paddock, and it’s not uncommon to see them together off the track as well, such as at Wimbledon.
