By the new CEO of Williams, George Russell was recently described as someone who 'is not easy to work with'. Russell recognizes himself in the statements of Jost Capito. According to the British driver that is just how he is and how he tries to keep the entire team on edge.
"If you're demanding, I guess it's got to be in a constructive way, and I'm glad they see it that way," Russell said in an interview with Express. The Williams driver continued, "I'm not easy to work with, I'm always pushing these guys for more in every single aspect."

Russell very demanding

No team member can escape Russell. "It doesn't matter if it's engineering, the designers, the aero guys, the marketing team, I'm always pushing for more to get the most out of everybody and that's just the way I operate I guess," he explained.
It is to be hoped that Russell will score his first points for Williams in 2021. His drive will not be lacking. The 23-year-old has scored three points so far in his career, but that was in the service of Mercedes. He finished ninth in the Sakhir Grand Prix and set the fastest lap of the race. He did so as a replacement for Lewis Hamiton.
