After 14 rounds, the Drivers’ standings show a clear two-horse race for the 2025 title.
It was already foreseen before the season even started: McLaren would run away with both titles.
In the Drivers' standings, though less effective due to, in part, a sterling Max Verstappen, the papaya driver pairing leads at their leisure as well.

Oscar Piastri - 284 pts / 20.3 per race

The Australian leads the standings thanks to six wins and relentless top-two finishes, making him the most efficient scorer on the grid.

Lando Norris - 275 pts / 19.6 per race

Five wins and a late-summer surge have kept Norris within striking distance of his teammate. The margins are fine, with the title fight set to go deep into the year.

Max Verstappen - 187 pts / 13.4 per race

The reigning champion has been hampered by a car that hasn’t matched McLaren’s speed, but still leads the chase behind the papaya cars.

George Russell - 172 pts / 12.3 per race

Russell has been Mercedes’ most consistent performer, scoring podiums regularly despite not yet winning in 2025.

Charles Leclerc - 151 pts / 10.8 per race

Ferrari’s Saturdays and Sundays have often left points on the table, with their 2025 performance falling well short of the expectations set by their 2024 campaign.
The rest of the top ten is completed by Lewis Hamilton (7.8), Kimi Antonelli (4.6), Alex Albon (3.9), Nico Hülkenberg (2.6) and Esteban Ocon (1.9).
