Daniel Ricciardo has won in Italy. For McLaren, it was even a one-two because Lando Norris managed to drive to second place. Valtteri Bottas finished fourth, but because Sergio Perez had a five-second time penalty the Finnish driver of Mercedes could go on the podium.
Charles Leclerc also benefited from Perez's penalty to finish fourth. The Mexican Red Bull driver finished fifth, ahead of Carlos Sainz. George Russell again managed to finish in the points in his Williams, an excellent performance.
