Lewis Hamilton will continue working with Riccardo Adami as his race engineer for the 2026 Formula 1 season at Ferrari. Charles Leclerc will also continue working with Bryan Bozzi. GPblog has learned that Adami will remain Hamilton’s race engineer. On the other side of the garage, with Leclerc, no changes are taking place either.
Ferrari will officially announce who holds which position within the Scuderia at a later date, but as
GPblog understands, the driver–race engineer duos will remain unchanged.
Hamilton and Leclerc to keep their race engineers
Earlier, there was speculation about a possible departure of Adami as Hamilton’s race engineer. Radio messages over the season between the two often led to questions about their chemistry. Leclerc, too, sometimes showed frustration after radio exchanges with Bozzi.
Vasseur added that
Ferrari as a team needs to work together more effectively to help Hamilton extract more from the car, and also to better understand what he needs. At the time, the team boss did not comment further on potential changes on the pit wall, but it has now become clear that both Hamilton and Leclerc will continue with their current race engineers.
