Colton Herta is an American racing driver competing in the IndyCar Series. He is regarded as one of the biggest racing talents from the United States. Herta is the son of former IndyCar driver Bryan Herta and has raced in IndyCar since 2019.

Herta began his career in karting before moving into single-seaters at a young age. He raced in British Formula 4 and Euroformula Open before returning to the United States in 2017 to compete in Indy Lights with Andretti Autosport. In 2018, he impressed in the series by taking multiple wins and finishing second in the championship.
A year later, he debuted in the IndyCar Series with Harding Steinbrenner Racing.
