Two Virtual Safety Cars have been already been called during the only practice session in China, as Hamilton and Norris seemed to collide on the last corner, while Racing Bulls' Arvid Lindblad has stopped on track with a suspected power unit issue.
The first VSC was very brief as marshalls came onto the Shanghai circuit to remove debris off the track, which may have been caused by a slight collision caused by Norris and Hamilton jostling on the last corner.
Hamilton has also been noted by the FIA for causing a collision with Norris, and he spun off almost immediately at Turn 6 when his rear locked up, but he's continuing on even with the flat spots on his tyres.
Meanwhile, another VSC has been called as Arvid Lindblad suffered problems in his Racing Bulls car, with smoke coming out of the cockpit and the young Brit stopped at the end of the long back straight.
Lindblad is out of the car, and it's the end of a crucial practice period as the Sprint looms later on.
