The start of the Formula 1 sprint race in Belgium has been delayed due to heavy rain on and around the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Initially, it still seemed to be a dry session, but five minutes before the start it came pouring down. The FIA wanted to start ten minutes later, but soon that goal proved too optimistic.
