Mr Bean actor Rowan Atkinson on sustainability in F1

A true motorsport fanatic with years of experience as a driver, Atkinson knows a thing or two about the possibilities of sustainable options for the future. At the same time, he acknowledges that it will be "tricky" for sports like F1 to become fully electric. "It will be tricky, because they do sound like washing machines going on to spin cycle," he explains. The actor does not rule it out for the future, but at the moment, he thinks people are simply not ready to embrace this option yet.
