The Australian Grand Prix was cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. Aston Martin Red Bull Racing were one of the few teams who actually wanted to race. Helmut Marko and Christian Horner were both frustrated with how the ordeal turned out.
In the end, it was only Red Bull Racing and Racing Point who wanted to get the season underway. A team member from McLaren had tested positive for the virus in the days building up to the weekend.
Once the decision was made not to continue the race, Red Bull's troubled faces were most visible. They believed that the race should continue better now that they were in Melbourne. Christian Horner expressed that frustration towards Ziggo Sport's Jack Plooij.
