Bizarre: Truck carrying Leclerc's car on track during (!) free practice

Charles Leclerc caused a red flag during the second free practice session in Miami. The Monegasque's Ferrari had to be brought back to the Italian pit box via truck. The way this happened, especially the timing of it, is rather bizarre.
Footage has surfaced on social media of Leclerc's SF23 being transported towards Ferrari during the second free practice of the Porsche Carrera Cup North America. If that happens off track, of course it is possible, but not if the truck is driving dead on the tarmac.
