RUMOUR: 'Verstappen shares his salary with his sister'

According to Plooij, Verstappen is much nicer than some might think. "Max is just a terribly nice guy, but he's cautious. He thinks very carefully about what he can say and what he can do, and then you better avoid it.”

On the morning show of 538, Plooij also suggests that Max lets Victoria share in his earnings. "That’s really something beautiful; he always took his little sister with him karting. And his sister sacrificed her own career for that. Then, when the big money started rolling in, Max said: ‘My little sister will get the same salary as me from the LLC where the money comes in, and she doesn't have to do anything for it’."

However, it is important to mention that this is a rumour set in motion by Plooij, and there is no evidence that this is actually the case. Victoria, as an influencer, probably earns a decent living. Her boyfriend, Tom, is also successful after taking over and selling his family's business.
