There were reports of a seemingly quite big fire at the Bahrain International Circuit yesterday, but the officials have indicated that this will have no further implications for this weekend's Grand Prix.
The circuit's Twitter account communicated that there was indeed a fire under one of the stands. It was caused by an electrical overload in of the storage units. Definitely not the type of news you want to hear ahead of a Grand Prix, but everything seems to be fine for this weekend's action, and there were no people injured during the accident.
