Sebastian Vettel will have a tough time at the Spanish Grand Prix, predicts Ralf Schumacher in an interview with Mopo.de. In addition, according to the former Formula 1 driver, the German is probably working in his last year in the motorsport class.
After his adventure at Ferrari, Vettel decided to take up a new challenge at Aston Martin in 2021. However, this season, partly due to problems with porpoising, the racing stable is having a very tough time in Formula 1. As a result, performance has been up and down as Vettel and his team try to achieve the highest possible results.
This coming weekend, several racing teams will come to Barcelona with substantial updates. Schumacher thinks that the Spanish circuit is not going to be directly in his compatriot's favor. "It's going to be a disastrous weekend for Vettel, I'm sure of that," Schumacher revealed.

Schumacher thinks Vettel will quit

Moreover, he does not expect Vettel to be in Formula 1 for a long time. According to Schumacher, he might just be working in his last year of racing in the sport. "My prediction is that he will retire at the end of the year. He will be committed to all the environmental issues that are very important to him."
