Max Verstappen answered a question with a smile while talking to Sky Sports' reporter after the Las Vegas Grand Prix. "Yeah, it's all about the car!"
- Max VerstappenAfter taking the lead immediately after exiting Turn 1 thanks to Lando Norris' mistake, the Dutchman did not look back and claimed his sixth victory of the 2025 campaign.
Asked about the championship battle by Sky Sports' reporter, the defending world champion was presented with the question: "20 second though you won by today. We are going back to the Red Bull of the past that was dominating. Is this car, do you not think it's got enough in these final two tracks, because you've been good at a lot of different tracks now?"
Verstappen answered with a smile: "Yeah, it's all about the car!"
The reporter added, "I've said you've been good, I didn't say the car was good, I've said you've been good," to which Verstappen said, "yeah."

Verstappen cut the gap considerably in Las Vegas
After the Las Vegas GP, Verstappen initially had a gap of 42 points to championship leader Norris. However, after the session, both McLarens were disqualified for skid wear issues in 'Sin City'
despite the Woking-based team presenting multiple arguments.
As a result, the
Red Bull Racing driver is now only 24 points behind Norris, and is level on points with Oscar Piastri with two Grands Prix and a Sprint to go this season.
The Formula 1 campaign continues again this weekend with the Qatar Grand Prix from Losail.
