The Silverstone circuit may have been favourable to Mercedes in recent years, but the bookies are not convinced that Lewis Hamilton can make a big step, NBC Sports reports.

As things stand there is not much money to be made from a bet on Verstappen. At American betting shops the odds are -140, meaning that per dollar invested you can win around seventy cents. The next favourite is Lewis Hamilton with odds of +165. This means you can win $1.65 on top of each dollar deposited.
