Verstappen happy with full stands: ''They make the sport special''

Max Verstappen and the Formula 1 circus returns to the Red Bull Ring this weekend. The Dutchman has already won here twice in front of a sea of Orange fans, and is therefore very happy that the fans will be present again this fortnight.

Verstappen retains fond memories of Grands Prix in Austria. In 2018 he won for the first time at the Red Bull Ring, and in 2019 it was even bigger if possible, after he passed Charles Leclerc in the last few laps of the race. That was also the first win with a Honda engine.

Verstappen, who is racing again in Austria with a special helmet design, is happy that the fans are back this weekend as well. 15,000 will be attending in the first weekend, and Helmut Marko indicated that 140,000 people are being targeted for the second weekend.
