Max Verstappen has admitted he doesn't expect "miracles" following the French Grand Prix which saw him start fourth and finish fourth in a quiet race for the Dutchman.
Verstappen maintained his run of never finishing lower than where he started this season as he held onto P4 from qualifying. It was a low drama event for the Red Bull driver, with his place never really under threat but he also was never really in contention for a podium place.
Following the race Verstappen admitted beating one Ferrari was enough.
"I still had Charles insight and I tried to keep on pushing. I still want to see how fast we can go," said Verstappen.
"But with seven laps to go I lost rear grip and could not rely on the tyres but getting in front of one Ferrari is good.

"Every driver would like more grip but also top speed and that was hard to achieve and attack. We had a good Turn 1 and Turn 2 but lacked top speed. Austria will be difficult - I don't expect miracles."
