- Max VerstappenGuesting on the Talking Bulls podcast, four-time world champion Max Verstappen answered a question about how Red Bull’s first-ever in-house power unit sounds — doing so in his trademark style: “It makes a noise.”
He then elaborated more: “It sounded good. Of course, you hear it on a dyno, but it sounded crisp. I’m not sure they actually develop it based on the noise, but it made a good noise. It’s not a V10, but…”
The Dutchman is coming off the heartbreak of Abu Dhabi, where he fell just short of completing his comeback against Lando Norris, narrowly missing out on a fifth consecutive world title that ultimately slipped away by just two points.

Verstappen has had enough of journalists' 'stupid questions'
Verstappen was characteristically blunt in his reply: “Don’t ask that many stupid questions, because if you ask me a stupid question, you get a stupid answer.”
The Dutchman has clashed with the media on several occasions over the years, most recently just a few weeks ago when he was asked whether his contact with George Russell in Barcelona had cost him the title.
