Three events have been added to the weekend's schedule in July.
Fans at the British Grand Prix this year will be treated to several extra parades added on to the weekend. Cars and drivers from Formula One's past will be driven around the circuit in celebration of their history.
The displays will be taking place over the whole weekend with Sir Jackie Stewart the first driver confirmed to be making an appearance there.
The Scotsman is set to drive his Matra MS80, a car he won the 1969 British Grand Prix in.
"I believe Silverstone is one of the greatest race tracks in the world and it holds a special place in my heart," he said.

"It is the fantastic history and rich motor racing heritage that makes it such a unique place.
"I am looking forward to being on track at Silverstone in front of a British Grand Prix crowd who are as passionate now as they were when I was racing in the '60s and '70s."
Fans have had the opportunity since Liberty Media's takeover of the sport to give feedback on how race weekends could be improved, with car and driver parades being one of the most requested ideas.
