After McLaren's 2018 season, few would have expected them to perform the way they have in 2019. The team has gone from finishing 6th in last years constructor's championship to topping the midfield battle halfway through the 2019 calendar. Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris have proved their worth and will be wanting to get more points going into the next stint of races.
McLaren 7/10
McLaren has proven that they are back in the game. Having appointed Andreas Seidl as team leader, the difference from last year is astonishing. The team look set to be building for the future and the early announcement that both drivers will be continuing for 2020 was a huge boost. They will be hoping to end the season best of the rest and maybe push for a podium finish before the end of the year.

The Spaniard is becoming one of the sport's veterans and has continued to prove his speed at McLaren. Sainz is consistent and looks likely to finish the season as best of the rest. His move from Renault has really paid off and he will hope for more impressive results during the second half of the season.
Lando Norris does not look like he is in his debut Formula 1 season. The young Brit has really impressed and made his mark on the team. He has picked up a number of impressive results and has really made a good impression. Racing maturely with the likes of Daniel Ricciardo and getting the better of drivers with more experience, Norris is here to stay.
It will be interesting to see how this young driver develops and if he will one day challenge for a World Title.
