This week the sad news came out that Frank Williams had passed away. In honour of the team's founder, George Russell hopes to pay tribute to his former boss with the performance in Saudi Arabia.
On Sunday 28 November, Williams died in hospital. The former team principal and founder of the Formula 1 team had turned 79. His name will forever remain linked to F1 and although the family is no longer connected to the team, everyone will be giving everything in honour of the founder this weekend.

Russell is going all out

''We are here in Jeddah for the first time. It's going to be an emotional weekend for the whole team all things considered. I'm obviously looking forward to going out there, racing hard and as fast as possible in Frank's honour,'' begins a visibly emotional Russell in a video from Williams.
''That's what he would have wanted. We have to go out there with a smile on our face and do the best job possible for Frank and the Williams family," concludes the Williams driver. The team will also be driving with a special logo on the car this weekend in memory of the team's founder.
