Red Bull Racing will hit an important milestone in its Formula 1 career at the
Imola Grand Prix.
The Miami Grand Prix was Red Bull Racing's 399th Grand Prix. This weekend, they will mark their 400th race as a Formula 1 team, which joined in 2005.
Red Bull Racing: A Major Name in F1
In only 20 years, Red Bull Racing has achieved great success. In 2009, they secured their first victory with Sebastian Vettel. Vettel went on to win a total of five races that year.
The next year, 2010, they won both the drivers' and constructors' championships. Vettel claimed his first title that year, and together, Vettel and Red Bull Racing went on to win both championships for the next three years.
The team faced challenges until success returned in 2021, when Max Verstappen won his first title. While they did not win the constructors' championship in 2021, they went on to win it in 2022 and 2023. Verstappen also won his second and third championships that year. In 2024, only Verstappen won the drivers' championship.
Updates in Imola
Red Bull Racing's 2025 season has not started well. They are no longer the most dominant team on the grid. As it stands, they are currently third in the constructors' championship.
Verstappen is in third place, while Yuki Tsunoda is in sixteenth place in the drivers' championship. Red Bull Racing is bringing upgrades to Imola, which they hope will improve the RB21.
