Red Bull muse on Verstappen meeting famous pop star: 'Was special'

With Max Verstappen, Red Bull have a world star in the paddock. Wherever the Dutch driver goes, he is recognised with fans piling up, asking for pictures and autographs. Similarly to Verstappen, Ed Sheeran also has to deal with this, as the Briton fills stadiums all over the world.

A year has passed since Verstappen and one of the world's most popular artists have met. The upcoming US Grand Prix that will take place next weekend, where in 2023, Sheeran visited the Red Bull garage, with team principal Christian Horner as his guide.

On Red Bull Racing's Instagram channel, the team look back on Sheeran's presence in their pit box. The team shared several pictures, with the caption: "Just thinking out loud... this moment was pretty special."
