Arvid Lindblad secured second place after an impressive performance in the Formula 2 feature race at Spa-Francorchamps. However, he was disqualified after the race. He has since released a statement.
Following the F2 feature race at Spa, Lindblad was stripped of his second-place finish due to his tire pressure being too low during the race, resulting in disqualification by the FIA.

Lindblad responds to Spa disqualification

The Red Bull junior has made his voice heard on social media: ''Spa wasn’t what we worked for. I gave everything. I maximised what was in my control but other factors denied us what we deserved.''
''I’ll keep on fighting and push with the team. We will be back in Budapest,'' the 17-year-old added.
Lindblad started the F2 feature race at Spa-Francorchamps from fifth place following a disappointing sprint race. The race saw changing weather conditions, but the Brit and Campos Racing made the right tire choices at the crucial moments.
With help from a crash involving second-place driver Ritomo Miyata and a time penalty for track limits handed to fourth-place Victor Martins, Lindblad moved up to third.
The Red Bull junior then overtook Roman Stanek on track under his own pace, ultimately finishing in second.
There was uncertainty about whether the Formula 2 feature race could go ahead as scheduled.
Earlier that Sunday in Belgium, the Formula 3 main race was canceled due to heavy rain. Fortunately, the rain during the Formula 2 session was manageable, allowing the race to proceed as planned.
