Reactions on Verstappen's punishment: "What a circus"

Max Verstappen and Valtteri Bottas have been set back places after both drivers ignored yellow flags in qualifying. Although drivers like Lewis Hamilton and Pierre Gasly are happy, not everyone agrees with the penalties.

Horner and Hamilton disagree

The penalties mean Gasly and Alonso move up into second and third place. Hamilton will not be troubled by his direct rival for the title, as Verstappen will only start from seventh position.

Hamilton reacted with satisfaction to the penalty: "Good that they stick to the book", said the Briton during the Drivers Parade. Red Bull Racing team boss Christian Horner was not pleased with Verstappen's penalty.
