This mistakes almost cost Piastri
Talking to Sky Sports, the Australian said his lap was far from perfect. He explained: "It almost went horribly wrong at Turn 4! Turning left in a right-hand corner is never a good thing. I lost two tenths.
"At that point I thought that lap was over, but I kept pushing and was able to find some more time."
Tomorrow, a maximum of eight points will be up for grabs for the contenders. Piastri's championship rivals, Norris and Verstappen will line up in third and sixth place respectively.
