Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton have 11 world titles to their name combined, with the Briton's seven outnumbering the German's four. However, they are on equal footing as far a being 'the biggest whingers' is concerned.
So,not Max Verstappen, who is often known for his raw communications with race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase, but instead Seb Vettel and Lewis Hamilton.
Both drivers are also known for their heartfelt and emotional remarks on the radio, with Vettel's outburst on the onboard radio aimed at the late Charlie Whiting at the 2016 Mexico City Grand Prix suscitating a great deal of controversy in the media.
Since the 2000 Formula 1 season former DTM racer Bernd Mayländer, can be found manning the functions of the Safety Car driver, who in that light, in an interview with the Telegraph has issued a rather odd judgement on both world champions.

'Hamilton and Vettel whinge the most'

When asked which driver complains the most when behind the Safety Car, the German didn't think twice before giving an answer.
“Immediately I would say Sebastian and Lewis,” said Mayländer, before quickly adding: “But I don’t blame them for it.”
He then revealed that whilst his pace may at first glance seem to not be as quick as it could be, in his 26th season as Safety Car driver he's actually nearing the top performance of his vehicle's capabilities, either an Aston Martin Vantage or a Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series.
“Once the track is clear, I’m probably going at 95 per cent race speed,” he concluded.
