Lando Norris would also like to take on different challenges in the world of racing, similarly to Max Verstappen. Certainly in my future, I'll go and do it, because I think I have the same want and desire as Max to go and do other things.

Norris also has the same fondness for competing at events outside of
F1, he explained in Azerbaijan.
"I would love it. I mean, I'm not going to be in Formula 1 forever. I want to go and do other things and live my life, try the things. "I'll enjoy my time in Formula 1 whether it's a mix at some point of also doing some of the other races I'm not sure, or it might be when I retire from F1 that I try to do other things," the
McLaren driver began.
Norris drove at the 24 Hours of Daytona back in 2018, together with Fernando Alonso and Phil Hanson.
"I love doing Daytona. it was a cool experience for me at the time. Whether it's Le Mans or Daytona, whatever it might be, I want to go do all the things.
"I think the main thing probably will never do is oval racing, just not for me."
Verstappen is in an 'easier position'
Norris explained that given the title battle against his teammate,
Oscar Piastri, it's not easy for him to do different things at the moment.
"I respect Max for going and doing such a thing. He's in a much easier position to go and do those things, if he's fighting for a championship, and those kind of things probably wouldn't look the best, but he's in a position where he's also won four championships.
"He’s not miles off a championship this year, it can still be possible if Red Bull turned things around.
"It's a bit of an easier time than maybe what me and Oscar have at the minute, but certainly in my future, I'll go and do it, because I think I have the same want and desire as Max to go and do other things, and just go do whatever I enjoy," he concluded.
Title battle heats up entering the final third of the season
With eight rounds to go, Piastri leads the standings by 31 points ahead of his teammate.
Thanks to his victory, Max Verstappen remains in third place, trailing the Australian by 94 points.
McLaren could already be crowned
constructors' champions in Baku this weekend.
