Norris crashes out in Q3, Piastri on provisional pole
The McLaren driver was on a push lap when he lost control of his McLaren coming out of Turn 4 and hitting the wall into Turn 5, effectively ending his session prematurely.
Teammate and title rival Oscar Piastri currently leads the session. However the Australian may not have clocked in his time before the red flag came out, so his time may be at risk.
Max Verstappen, as he passed by the scene of the accident inquired as to the well-being of the Briton. Piastri did the same as soon as he hard of the crash.
