Mercedes choose 'surprising' driver as GOAT in Formula One

It is an eternal debate: who is the best Formula One driver of all time? Some cite Juan Manuel Fangio, the great who dominated F1 in the early years. Another swears it is someline like Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna or Michael Schumacher. From recent times, Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen are possible options. Mercedes' F1 team has also entered the discussion. Their choice is: Lewis Hamilton.

The Mercedes team is not entirely independent, as Hamilton was unbeatable with the German team for years. Meanwhile, the Briton stands at seven world titles - as many as Michael Schumacher - and 103 Grand Prix victories. Incidentally, Sir Lewis has been dry for two years. Nevertheless, Mercedes thinks their driver is the GOAT.

Mercedes' social media team called on all followers to describe Hamilton in one emoji. In doing so, the team itself posted the emoji of a goat. Mercedes added: 'Of course'.
